I do machine learning for science. I spent the past 4 years working on ML for proteins. I’m beginning a new chapter in a different area of application soon.
I am always open to chatting. In particular, if you’re trying to figure things out and you think knowing or talking to me could be of use, please reach out. I’m no expert but trying to help others is the best use of my time.

- 2024-2026: Machine Learning Scientist at Nabla Bio
- Worked on de novo antibody design. Did partner projects, large-scale inference, model training, and data wrangling
- 2020-2024: Undergraduate student at Harvard University
- Bachelor’s degree: joint concentration in Chemical and Physical Biology & Mathematics
- Master’s degree: Statistics
- Thesis: Symmetric Diffusion Models for Scalable Cyclic Protein Complex Backbone Generation
- Advised by Dr. Jason Yim in Professor Regina Barzilay’s group at MIT CSAIL
